HELP BOOK
Content
The Help Book compiles materials developed by Collaborative Teaching Workshops (CTW) teams, covering all 2nd-grade subjects with simplified explanations and exercises. It includes theoretical modules on "Inclusive Education" and "Collaborative Teaching."
Target groups
Primary school teachers, SEN teachers, speech therapists, school psychologists, and 2nd-grade pupils are the primary audience.
Innovative aspects
- This result is innovative as it is a completely new practice – formation of teams with class teachers, SEN teachers and psychologist, who will collaboratively develop materials for pupils with LD. They usually collaborate in development of the individual educational plans for SEN students, but not in developing materials, adapted to the specific needs of these students.
- The materials follow the curricula for 2nd grade, covering all subjects.
Impact
The Help Book increases awareness of the needs of pupils with learning difficulties, supports ongoing collaborative teams, enhances the professional skills of primary school teachers, and improves the inclusion and performance of SEN students.
Transferability
The Help Book's methodology can be implemented in any school, and its materials are translated into seven languages. It remains accessible as an open educational resource post-project, ensuring broad applicability and integration into partners' regular educational events.
